Modern healthcare is filled with many challenges. My first career was in Navy. When I transitioned into a healthcare career, I noticed a lot of inefficiencies. Lots of things were broken. So much activity that goes on in an organization doesn’t really contribute to the health of patients. I saw the struggles that doctors, dentists, and their team members face each day. There are so many challenges each day and so many things to get done in so little time. There are phone calls to answer, voicemails to return, emails, meetings to go, text messages, social media inquiries, projects that are due. Truth is, it’s easy to get knocked off track with all these activities. Often, people find it hard to focus on what matters most at their practice.
We realize that it’s hard to work on your business when everyone’s so busy working in your business. The things that will make all the difference get neglected. Things like systems, processes, and workflows.
A leader’s job is to find a great team. But even the greatest team is at a disadvantage if they don’t have the tools they need to succeed. I knew there must be a better way. So I took everything I learned in the military, everything I learned in healthcare, and I talked with doctors, employees, and patients. When you have a great team and give them the right tools then they will generate amazing results.
My top three priorities in working with clients are communications, teamwork, and training. People need to be able to rely on effective communications, teamwork from others, and the training needed to get better each day. I achieve my mission by helping practices improve their results. We focused on you and what matters most. We help provide solutions to your most challenging problems, many of which may have gone unsolved for quite some time. We are solution providers and we get great results.
