In an increasingly digital world, it pays to be technically competent. Today, automation, machine learning, and Artificial intelligence help deliver our Amazon packages and serve up content that will be to our liking on the web.

Even with all the advancements, many people still have trouble understanding the basics of operating a computer. As I mean here, the basics include items like knowing how to create a new folder, how to rename a file, and how to move files or folders to some other place.
